We are currently looking for permanent and casual retail assistants for our Bondi Beach and Sydney city stores. 

Responsibilities
- Manage when the manager is not in store.
- Be a strategic thinker by identifying problems and seeking solutions.
- Must understand the importance of the customer experience.
- Develop new ways to approach, educate, engage and sell to our customers.
- Everyone is responsible for developing new strategies that support the brand and encourage sales.

Please keep in mind that UASHMAMA is a small growing business and everybody does a little bit of everything.
